  • Pet Data: Information about adoptable pets from RescueGroups.org and partner shelters
  • Authentication Providers: If you sign in with Apple, Google, or other providers, we receive basic profile information

3.1 With Shelters and Rescue Organizations

When you contact a shelter through the App, we share your contact information and message with that organization to facilitate the adoption process.

3.2 Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers who help us operate the App:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and hosting services
  • RescueGroups.org: Pet listing data
  • RevenueCat: Subscription management (if applicable)
  • Analytics providers: App usage analysis

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights and safety.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Boop is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).
